Coming from the Carbon team, CarbonROM KitKat is at number 5 and is another popular ROM  for the Galaxy S3. Carbon ROMs are based on a vanilla Android interface, however, the ROMs are usually packed with loads of additional features. You can customize things like the navigation bar and the battery and signal icons.
Another cool feature of the ROM is that you can enable torch mode directly from the lockscreen by long pressing on the screen. Aside from that, the ROM also brings an advanced power menu with the option of adding additional toggles. CarbonROM has several other features including:
